Jambolan (jamun) is a fruit. It is pair of Mango. Jambolan Scientific name is Syzygium Cummini and English name is Jambolan. It is very useful for diabetic patient. Yeh safoof 2 se 3 gram bilhaz umar subha neharmou aur sham 5 baje dodh ya sada pani se use karen. ( Dauran heyz istemal na karen ) 20 roz ka istemal kafi o shafi hota hai.
