Adrak Lahsan ( pisa hua) 1 khane ka chamcha
Namak (Salt) Hasb e Zaika
Garam Masala 1 Chai ka chamcha
Imli Ka ras Adhi piyali
Sofaid Zeera (Pisa huwa ) 1 chai ka chamach
Dhaniya (pisa huwa) 1 chai ka chamach
Hari Mirch 7 addad
Anar Dana ka araq Adhi piyali
Bhagar ke liye (lal sabit Mirich) 6 Adad
Kala Namak Chutki Bhar
Tail (Oil) Adhi Piyali

Raat bhar ke bheege huye chano mein 6se 7 piali pani dal ker halki anch per chara dein. Sath mein sare masale bhi dal dein. 3 se 4 ghante ke liye pakne dein. Jab chizein gal jayein aur chane bhi gal jayein, to imli ka ras aur anar dana ka arq dal dein, phir mazeed adhey ghante ke liye pakayein, phir aik frying pan mein oil garam karein. Iss mein sabit lal mirch dal ker siah ker lein. Kala namak dal ker baghar dal dein. Sajane ke liye hara dhania dal dein mazedar khatta chana taiar hain.
