Matar Chawal Recipes In Urdu

Tarkeeb      

Sab sea pahle chawal ko bhigo dein. Pateeli mein cooking oil garam kar lain. Ab iss mein piaz (Onion) ko fry karein jab piaz fry ho jaye to iss mein tomato shamil ker dein, sath hi matar aur zeerah bhi dal dein. Jab matar fry ho jaye to chawalon ka pani nikal kar unhein pateli mein dal dein, sath hi sath yakhni bhi shamil ker dein. Yakhni dalnne ke baad namak dalein aur chawalon ko pakne ke liye rakh dein. Jab chawal pak jayein to dam per lagane se pahle chutki bhar zafran mix ker dein raite ke liye dahi ko phent lein aur iss mein namak, kali mirach, hara dhaniya aur hari mirchein miladein. Garam garam matar chawal raite ke saath pesh karein.
