Piyaz 4 se 6 darmiyani
Namak hasbe zaiqa
Pisa howa adrak lehsan 1 khane ka chamcha
Sabit dhanya 2 khane ke chamche
Anardana 2 khane ke chamche
Pisi hoi lal mirch 1 chai ka chamcha
kuti hoi lal mirch 1 chai ka chamcha
kuti hoi lal mirch 1 chai ka chamcha
Safad mirch 1 chai ka chamcha
Makai ka aata 1 piyali
Ande 2 adad
Hara dhanya adhi ghadi

Tarkeeb:

• Anardana dho kar bhego den, piyaz ko pota pota pes kar is ka pani achi tarah daba kar nichor len.

• Qeeme mein adrak lehsan, anardana, sabit dhanya aur piuaz dal kar pes lein.

• Namak, kuti hoi lal mirch, pisi lal mirch aur safad mirch mila kar 2 se3 ghante ke leye fridge mein rakh den.

• Fridge se nikal kar is mein ande, hara dhanya aur makai ka aata dal kar milaein

• Lambe lambe chapte kabab bana len aur adheghante ke leye fridge mein rakh den.

• Fry pan ya tave par 1 se 2 chamche ghee dalte howe in kababon ko fry kar lein.

Presentation:

Garam garam plate mein nikal kar nan ke sathpesh karein.
