Ashob e chashm ki bemari aik fard se dosre fard ko lahaq ho jati hai. Hajoom, gande mahaul aur gher sehatmandana tarz e hayat mein yeh marz wabaa ban sakta hai.

Vitamins

Ashob e chashm (Conjunctivitis) mein vitamin A aur B 2 shifa bakhsh rehte hain. Mareez ko aesi natural ghizaey wafir miqdar mein khana chahiye. Jin mein yeh dono vitamins khob paai jati hai. Vitamins A rakhne wali ghizaey Milk, yogurt, butter, carrot, pumpkin, green vegetables, tomato, mango aur papaya hain. Vitamin B 2 sabz tarkariyon ( patton par mushtamil sabziyan ) milk, almonds, tursh fruits, banana aur tomatoes mein maujood hoti hain.

Coriander

Muthi bhar dry coriander 60 ml pani mein daal kar joshanda tayyar kar len to yeh ashob e chashm mein umdah eye wash ban jata hai. Mubayyana taur par yeh aankhon ki jalan, dard aur soojan door karta hai. Lekin Bronchitis aur Bronchi asthma ke patients ko yeh joshanda aehtiyat ke sath istemal karna chahiye.

Ghizaai Tarteeb

Ashob e chashm ka ilaj shuru karne ka behtareen tariqa aik week tak fresh fruits par mushtamil khano tak mehdood raha jaey.
