Vitamin C affects human blood, teeth and heart. Vitamin D is good for bones. Children need vitamin d more than elders because their bones are building and vitamin D provides strong ness to bones. So all these vitamins are important for human body and we should care about our food that we eat that it must have enough vitamins in it.
